MeinStream - Streaming through http now works

Great! Finally got the streaming output (and recoding) working from MeinStream (again!). Like I mentioned earlier, I had this working long ago, but the streaming option has been removed from the ActiveX-component since then. Now I think this route is a better option so it's all good.
